VBE Visionary Blueprint Engineers is committed to delivering quality business infrastructure services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

1. Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, replacement, or compensation.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not provided as described
  • There was a major failure in the delivery of the service
  • You request a refund before any build work has commenced

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available where:

  • The service has been fully delivered as described
  • You have changed your mind after the build has started
  • The issue is caused by factors outside our control

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us directly. All refund requests are reviewed by the business owner personally. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds are processed through Stripe.
