These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchPro platform operated by VBE Visionary Blueprint Engineers ("VBE", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LaunchPro provides business infrastructure services including business system design, AI-assisted recommendations, lead capture, booking systems, and related tools. Our services are designed to assist business owners in structuring and managing their operations.
The information, recommendations, and outputs provided by LaunchPro are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. We recommend seeking independent professional advice before making business decisions based on our outputs.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is required before services are delivered.
All content, designs, systems, and intellectual property created by VBE remain the property of VBE Visionary Blueprint Engineers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific builds are licensed for the client's use upon full payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VBE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
